General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all our deliveries and services, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing in individual cases.

2. Prices and payment terms
Our prices are net and in Swiss francs. VAT will be charged in accordance with federal regulations.
Payment for the goods can be made using one of the following accepted payment methods:
TWINT, cash payment (upon collection) or invoice (payable within the required period)

3. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Bikerecovery GmbH until full payment has been made.

4. Place of performance
The place of performance of our service is always our business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty / Liability
A guarantee (2 years by law) only applies to carbon repairs (paintwork is excluded from the guarantee) carried out by Bikerecovery GmbH.
Bikerecovery GmbH accepts no liability for accidents.

6. Further provisions
We reserve the right to adapt the General Terms and Conditions to new circumstances. The General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase apply.
Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply .
